Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use editorupon.lat and the referral service Editorupon Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, call its number or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Editorupon Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings. We do not prep or coat floors, and we do not fix concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, schedule, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or what results you will get.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost numbers are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job. None of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Please give accurate details and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, and do not try to reach any part of it that you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@editorupon.lat.

Who Owns the Content

The site's text and design belong to Editorupon Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for business purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Editorupon Floor Coating is not responsible for any loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to a provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
